We use Razorpay as our third-party payment gateway. Razorpay enables secure online transactions and offers a variety of payment methods, including:

1.2 Transaction Security:
Your payment information is processed through Razorpay’s secure servers. We do not store or have access to your complete financial details, such as full credit card numbers or bank account numbers.

1.3 No EMI Options:
Please note that we do not offer Equated Monthly Installment (EMI) or any similar payment plan options at this time.

2. Payment Confirmation

2.1 Order Confirmation:
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email from us containing your order details and/or access instructions for the purchased course(s).

2.2 Failed Transactions:
If your payment fails or is declined, please verify your financial details and try again. In case of repeated failures, please contact your bank or the payment gateway’s customer support.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 All Sales Final:
All course purchases made on our platform are non-refundable. We encourage you to review all available course information, demos, or previews before making a purchase decision.​

3.2 Course Access Issues:
If you experience technical difficulties accessing your course after a successful payment, please contact our support team at help@learnzy.co. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve any access or technical issues.

3.3 Course Content Satisfaction:
We strive to provide high-quality, valuable educational content. However, we do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with course content, as outcomes vary based on individual expectations and learning styles.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

4.1 Resolving Payment Disputes:
If you have any concerns or disputes about a transaction, please contact us at support@movifi.co or help@learnzy.co before initiating a chargeback. We will do our best to address any issues and clarify any misunderstandings.

4.2 Unauthorized Transactions:
In the event of unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, promptly contact your financial institution and notify us so we can work with the payment gateway to investigate the matter.
